Our NEW Chef de Cuisine Stefan THOM has many experience in his field. He breaks new ground in the ways of culinary enjoyment and his repertoire includes traditional cooking and many delicacies from international cuisines.
He defines new trends and incorporates this – coupled with tried and tested methods – in his culinary art.
Under his leadership, our guests will be swept away every day by our kitchen crew with new tastes in the world of the culinary delights. Rounding off the daily 5-7 course menu and various themed buffets are an assortment of ‚sweet temptations‘
For special requests (dietary restrictions, etc.) our chef is always open. Please make this information known at booking! The kitchen team is looking forward to indulging our guests!
There is a personal table available in the restaurant for the duration of your stay!
